I'd prefer to work out at home, as there is no gym that would take less than half an hour for me to get to. I have a York bench, and do not intend to spend any more money on exercise equipment. I'd like to work my lower pecks, and have heard that the best way to do this is with decline bench presses. Is there anything that would be just as affective, and have similar results to decline?
